Once you’ve created all your raw files (videos, logos, graphics, etc.), simply upload them to Google Drive or another preferred cloud service. We access and download the files, ensuring no loss in quality. After editing, we communicate with you about preferences and revisions. Once complete, the final deliverable is uploaded back to the cloud for easy download.

We accept all file types and have yet to encounter any size issues. If a problem does arise, we’ll work with you to find a solution that keeps your content schedule on track.

For podcasts, we offer a 2-4 day turnaround, ensuring a high standard of quality. For custom editing services, turnaround times depend on the intensity of the project. We also offer expedited options for urgent projects, ranging from $100-$250 depending on the request.

If you're on a pay-per-episode plan, you get 1 revision per episode. For consistent podcasters, our subscription tiers offer unlimited revisions. We aim to meet your expectations on the first edit, but in case revisions are needed, our current revision time is 1-2 days.

We use Google Drive for file sharing, creating a shared drive folder for each client. You’ll upload raw files, and once editing is complete, the final deliverable will be available for download in the same folder.

Absolutely! There are no fees, no contracts, and you can upgrade your plan at any time.

All communication is handled through our project management app, Notion, where you can track editing progress, request changes, and communicate with your content manager in one place.
